Refund Policy

All products sold by Velix Labs are strictly for research and laboratory use only. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns on peptide products once they have shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or if we have shipped you the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photo documentation of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging. Upon verification, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, allow 3 business days, then contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Delivered-but-not-received claims are reviewed but are not automatically guaranteed. If the carrier confirms loss in transit, we will provide one replacement. Customer address errors are excluded. Statutory rights are preserved.

For safety and regulatory compliance, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging. No exceptions will be made.

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
